Monero (XMR) – Most Private Use on Nexus Dark Shop & Nexus Market
Monero is the recommended currency for the Nexus dark shop and Nexus Market. It provides ring signatures, stealth addresses, and ring CT by default.
1. Why XMR for Nexus Market
XMR transactions do not reveal amount, sender, or receiver on a public ledger. Ring signatures and stealth addresses make it the standard for Nexus Darknet transactions. Vendors often offer discounts for XMR.
2. Official Wallets
Use the official GUI or CLI wallet from the Monero project. Download only from getmonero.org and verify signatures. Avoid third-party web wallets for storing funds you will send to the Nexus dark shop.

3. Run Your Own Node (Best Privacy)
Connecting to your own node prevents your wallet from leaking your transaction queries to third-party nodes. Use the full node option in Monero GUI/CLI or run monerod. For Nexus Market use, a local node is strongly recommended.

4. Obtaining XMR Without KYC
To avoid linking identity to your Nexus dark shop activity: use P2P exchanges (e.g. LocalMonero, Bisq), ATMs with no KYC, or swap from BTC after mixing. Never use a KYC exchange and then send directly to a market address.
Resources: Bisq (decentralized exchange), GetMonero merchants.
5. Subaddresses and Labels
Use a new subaddress for each Nexus Market deposit. Label subaddresses only in your local wallet; never reuse the same subaddress across different purposes. This limits correlation even if the market is compromised.
